Principal
Transfer of trust property to trustee
The settlor is the founder of the trust relationship, provides the trust property, and determines who the beneficiaries are and what beneficial rights they enjoy. The principal may appoint the trustee and has the right to supervise the trustee in implementing the trust deed.
Bailee
Administer the trust property according to the wishes of the principal
The trustee is responsible for the management and disposal of the trust property, and must serve the best interests of the beneficiaries and manage the trust property in accordance with the legal provisions of the trust contract.
Beneficiary
The trustee distributes the assets to the beneficiaries according to the contract
The beneficiary is the person who enjoys the beneficial right of the trust in the trust, and the distribution of the trust is the personal property of the beneficiary.
